Wholivo Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wholivo Health LLC ("Wholivo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from Families and Providers who use the Wholivo platform.

1. Information We Collect

From Families:

  • Patient name and location
  • Contact information (phone number or email), verified through a confirmation code
  • Type of care needed and relevant clinical details, such as dialysis machine type or modality
  • Preferred schedule
  • Booking and request history

From Providers:

  • Full name, contact information, and license or certification type
  • License number and expiration date
  • Specialty tags, equipment experience, and availability
  • Hourly rate

We keep license numbers and expiration dates private. This information is used internally for verification and compliance tracking and is not displayed publicly on a Provider's profile.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Match Families with appropriate Providers based on stated care needs
  • Verify Provider licenses, certifications, and background check status before approving a profile
  • Send booking confirmations and verification codes
  • Track license and certification expiration to maintain platform compliance
  • Improve the Wholivo platform and communicate with users about their requests

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use patient clinical information for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

Between Families and Providers: When a Family books a Provider, relevant contact and scheduling information is shared between the two parties so they can coordinate care directly.

With Transportation Partners: Wholivo does not automatically share Family information with transportation partners. Families who choose to contact a listed partner do so directly.

Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, such as our SMS verification provider, database hosting, and payment processing, solely for the purpose of providing those services.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of a Family, Provider, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain Provider license and credential information for as long as the Provider is active on the platform and for three years after deactivation for compliance and insurance recordkeeping purposes. We retain Family request and verification records for the same period to maintain accurate booking history.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including keeping license numbers and expiration dates private from public view. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at emaventures.tech@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Wholivo is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information directly from minors. A parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver may submit a request on behalf of a minor patient.

9. Text Message Communications

By providing a phone number for verification, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Wholivo. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use this number for marketing without separate consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
